Our SeamMaster® Ultrasonic Sewing Machines create regulatory-compliant sealed seams in nonwoven and synthetic materials. We’ll demonstrate how quickly and easily leak-proof seams are produced – especially in the nonwoven or synthetic material you bring to our booth at the Techtextil Show in Raleigh, North Carolina!
Sonobond’s ultrasonic sewing machines look and operate like traditional sewing machines, but unlike conventional units that use needles and thread, ours use ultrasonic vibrations to soften and fuse synthetic fibers. This creates strong, durable seals. In addition, our units use a patented rotary operation, where both horn and pattern wheel rotate at the same time, to produce ultra-reliable, soft-to-the-touch seams.
If you manufacture any of the items shown in the product applications list below, we can produce leak-proof seams for them – at 4x faster than industrial sewing machines and 10x faster than adhesive methods.
