A Holiday Reflection from Janet Devine
President of Sonobond Ultrasonics

Challenging times make us stronger when they’re approached with a combination of resilience, commitment, and perseverance. That strategy applies to our personal, as well as our professional lives.

Despite its initial promise, 2021 continued to present difficulties and obstacles. For Sonobond, those included complying with local and CDC guidelines, enduring delays in receiving components, and handling resulting production slowdowns.

Much credit and appreciation go to Sonobond’s employees who successfully guided us through many unanticipated complexities and frustrations.

Our staff quickly adapted our operations to work within the “new normal” of doing business. We bolstered our customer-service and production outcomes by combining competence and creativity, meeting our customers’ needs as effectively as possible, despite the disrupted business climate.

That can-do attitude and disciplined production decisions also facilitated the advance of the technological innovations that have driven Sonobond Ultrasonics’ success for more than 60 years.

Based on many conversations I’ve had with customers, most saw their workers exhibit these same qualities, enabling their companies to weather – and even experience growth – in the 2021 business climate.

I am confident we will be able to make the best of whatever 2022 brings, so long as we continue the resilience, commitment, and perseverance that served us so well this past year. I wish the same for you and your employees. All of us at Sonobond look forward to sharing better times with you.

With kindest regards,
