Our SeamMaster® Ultrasonic Sewing Machines create regulatory-compliant sealed seams in nonwoven and synthetic materials. We’ll demonstrate how quickly and easily leak-proof seams are produced – especially in the nonwoven or synthetic materials you bring to our booth! Sonobond’s ultrasonic sewing machines look and operate like traditional sewing machines, but unlike conventional units that use needles and thread, ours use ultrasonic vibrations to soften and fuse synthetic fibers. This creates strong, durable seals. In addition, our units use a patented rotary operation, where both horn and pattern wheel rotate at the same time, to produce ultra-reliable, soft-to-the-touch seams.
